Kids Krav

Today, Simple Defense Concepts takes the spirit of Krav Maga and adapts it to keeping your kids safe. We call it Kids Krav.

From the outset, the original concept of Krav Maga was to take the most effective and practical techniques of other fighting styles (originally European boxing, wrestling, and street fighting) and to make them rapidly teachable to military conscripts.

We use the most effective and practical aspects of various martial arts to teach to your children. We blend basic gymnastics, jiu-jitsu, boxing and wrestling into something more. Something that your child can learn from, and apply in a real-world environment. Something that will keep your child safe during training, safe at school and safe in the world. We do this, while having fun and getting exercise. While learning what it means to be a good training partner and respecting others.

SDC's Kids Krav program will teach your child:

Krav Maga is for ages 14 and up.

Please wear comfortable workout clothes. We train barefoot on the training floors, and please no jewelry for training.
