At Simple Defense Concepts, we have one purpose. To educate people in self-defense.
We currently focus on two specialties. Women’s Self-Defense, and Weapons Self-Defense.
Our Women’s Self-Defense course is four (4) weeks long, and covers defense against chokes, grabs, knife threats, and ground-based defenses. We also teach you how to use improvised weapons to defend yourself, such as your keys, pens, and scarves.
Our Weapons Self-Defense training covers just about any weapon you might encounter in a street situation. Knives, sticks, firearms, tire irons, baseball bats, etc. We also show you how to deploy and use your own knife in the right situation.
